Engineering Manager Full-time Job

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager at our Ashford depot.

As an Engineering Manager at Stagecoach South East, you’ll be ready to roll your sleeves up for a rewarding role that doesn’t just help get people from A to B, but keeps the communities we serve connected.

You’ll be responsible for supporting, advising and managing a team of Mechanics, Technicians, Body Builders, and Cleaners to ensure all of our buses are clean, safe and reliable on the road each day.

Whether you’re a first-timer or a fanatic when it comes to bus body types, we’ll train you on everything you need to know. Applicants must have an engineering background in either the bus, truck or haulage industry to be eligible for the role, as well as previous experience managing a team.

We’re looking for an individual who is as passionate about Health & Safety as they are about people as you’ll be responsible for managing inventory, recruiting and training. Most of all, you’re ready to be part of the Stagecoach team to maintain (and ideally boost) our vehicle reliability and presentation.
